Alana Russotti, LCSW, IECMH-E®, is a seasoned clinician with over 15 years of experience working with children and families impacted by trauma. Currently, Alana serves as the Director of Clinical & Reflective Practices at SPCC, where she oversees and supports the agency’s clinical programs and the Mary Ellen Institute.

Alana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Women & Gender Studies and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. She is an active member of NYSAIMH’s endorsement committee and has deep expertise in child and family clinical work, Reflective Supervision/Consultation, parent-child Emotional Availability®, child welfare, high-conflict custody, child-centered play therapy, and trauma’s impact on children. Alana is also deeply committed to the field of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health.

As part of SPCC’s Leadership Team, Alana leads with a firm belief that healthy relationships are at the heart of all meaningful work—whether it’s within multidisciplinary teams, in supervisory settings, or in her work with clients. Alana values the profound impact of these relationships and is grateful for the personal and professional connections that sustain and ground her, especially the lessons taught by her greatest teacher, her daughter.
