Asia joined SPCC in 2023 as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist. Shortly after, in December 2024, she was promoted to Director of Human Resources, where she leads with a dedication to improving workplace morale, fostering connections, and promoting a positive organizational culture while also ensuring regulatory alignment.

Asia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from The College at Brockport and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University. Her academic background, combined with hands-on HR experience, has shaped her strategic approach to human resources.

Driven by a passion to challenge and transform the traditional perception of HR, she is dedicated to bridging the gap between employees and senior leaders. She believes in approaching situations with fairness, empathy, and compassion, ensuring that employees feel valued and heard while maintaining the balance of organizational structure.

Beyond the workplace, Asia enjoys cooking and baking for family and friends. When she’s not in the kitchen, she enjoys playing a wide variety of video games, and volunteering within her community.
